Testimonials

  • Since 2019, Sabrina Richardson and Intrinsic Therapy, LLC, have been exceptional providers of behavioral and mental health services for our campus community. From the outset of our partnership, Sabrina has demonstrated professionalism, extensive knowledge, and a personable approach, making her a pleasure to work with. As an active listener with a solution-focused mindset, Sabrina crafted a counseling service delivery plan that seamlessly integrates our campus's needs into her private practice.

Sabrina's enthusiasm for helping others achieve balance and personal well-being is evident in her continuous efforts to connect with our campus. She engages various demographics through table talks, faculty and staff presentations, and by introducing community resources. Additionally, she has expanded her team to include more counselors, ensuring that both students and employees have access to the support they need through Intrinsic Therapy.

Working with Sabrina has been an outstanding experience. Her attention to our needs and her dedication to reaching those in need is truly admirable. I am grateful for the college’s relationship with her for counseling services.
